The Hickman Hall is a 3 story, 12,000 square feet wood and masonry structure, originally constructed in 1907 that housed medical and recreational facilities for mill workers. It is being renovated as a mill museum and office space. The Hickman Mill is approximately 118,000 square foot 3 story masonry and steel mill building that is being renovated for commercial office space. The Hickman Boiler Building is approximately 14,500 square foot 2 story masonry and steel building that is being renovated for brewery and restaurant space.
Project scope consisted of feasibility studies and design of building stabilization, restoration, renovations and additions for a large scale cotton mill site dating back to the mid-1800’s.
