This unique senior living construction is built to complement the holistic approach to health care emblematic of the Spring Lake Health and Living Campus on which it sits. It combines architectural and technological features unusual for an assisted living facility and is designed to avail seniors of the opportunities available in proximity to grocery stores, shopping, schools, churches, libraries and residential areas.

It includes approximately 180 residential units in new construction, with three stories of independent living residential units over parking. The assisted living building is two stories of units over a 26,000 square-foot commons area, plus three stories of units on grade at the south wing. Memory care building is a single story. Building construction includes hollow core precast plank on load-bearing CMU walls, and alternative floor systems, such as long span metal deck on steel frame and load bearing light gauge framing.
