Inman Quarter meshes high-density mixed-use development into a sensitive historic site, Inman Park, just east of downtown Atlanta. It’s a multi-award winner, including the Atlanta Regional Commission’s prize for “Exceptional Merit for Context-Sensitive Urban Infill.”

The project includes 200 residential timber-framed multi-family units and 38,960 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The units are four story Type VA construction on top of an elevated post tensioned concrete podium slab. The leasing and amenity area is 5,000 square feet and the commercial components are constructed below the podium slab. There is also a standalone two story, 8,000 square-foot commercial building that is constructed with a steel frame and composite metal deck. The parking is provided by a precast concrete parking deck.
